"Solidarity"/“Solidarność

On December 13, by the invitation of the Tribute to Liberty and the Canadian Polish Club, Ambassador Konstantin Kavtaradze took part in a commemorating event dedicated to the "Solidarity"/“Solidarność democratic movement in 1980s Poland and the 40th anniversary of the imposition of martial law by the Polish communist regime. The event held at the Garden of the Provinces and Territories in Ottawa was attended by the members of Parliament as well as representatives of Polish community organizations.
